Our name, L'Olivo ( Lo-Li-Vo), means The Olive Tree—a symbol of peace, friendship, and longevity. It is a tribute to our founder's Italian mother’s heritage and the joyful memories of crafting pasta with family, surrounded by olive trees in Perugia.
